On Wednesday, April 8, 3:00 - 4:30PM Eastern time, AUPHA will host a webinar for interested master's programs on the free member benefit and application system, HAMPCAS (Health Administration, Management, and Policy Centralized Application System). The Director of Account Management from Liaison International, the company that oversees the centralized application system, will be present to share more information about HAMPCAS and how to integrate it into the admissions process. The webinar will also include a Q&A with a panel of representatives from The Ohio State University, University of Louisville, and Virginia Commonwealth University, who will share their experiences as current HAMPCAS users. Each school uses the system to support applications for its program differently; VCU is a HAMPCAS exclusive school, OSU gives students the option to use HAMPCAS or another centralized application system in addition to a supplemental in-house application, and Louisville allows applicants to apply using an in-house application, HAMPCAS, or another centralized application system. Attendees will also be able to further discuss the way each institution integrates applications into internal CRM systems.
With forty-seven graduate institutions currently using HAMPCAS, AUPHA is committed to helping master's degree program members increase their visibility to prospective applicants. If you have questions about HAMPCAS, visit the HAMPCAS webpage or email Kelsey Kvandal, Graduate Programs and Social Media Manager, at kkvandal@aupha.org.
