Individual Membership

Faculty and staff affiliated with AUPHA member programs are eligible for membership access through the program membership. 

Individuals not affiliated with an AUPHA member program and who have an interest in Health Administration Education and AUPHA member benefits are welcome to join as individual members.

AUPHA provides individual members value and connection. 

AUPHA strives to bring value for every dues dollar. 

Members receive at no additional cost:

• Registration for most AUPHA sponsored webinars.
• The Data Warehouse in the Center for Learning, Achievement, and Success (CLAS), which provides members access to a range of de-identified data from past surveys conducted with membership.
• Access to all digital issues of the Journal of Health Administration Education.
• The Exchange digital newsletter.
• Access to copies of curriculums, syllabi, and case studies shared by members.
• Marketing materials.

Members receive discounted rates on:

• AUPHA conference registration.
• Art of Teaching Institute courses, including the courses required to earn a Certificate for Teaching in Healthcare Management.
• Leadership Academy courses. 
• Job postings in the Career Center.
• Health Administration Press books and exams.

Dues

• Faculty and staff affiliated with AUPHA member programs
  • Membership is active while the program is a member.
  • These individuals do not pay individual membership dues. 
• Individual members not affiliated with AUPHA member programs
  • Membership is active for 12 to 36 months after receipt of the dues payment.
  • A renewal notice will be sent 3 months before the membership expires. Dues may be paid by check or credit card (Amex, Visa, MC). Dues are subject to change.
  • Cancellation Policy: Individual memberships may be cancelled within ten (10) days of join date for a 10% penalty. Individual memberships are non-refundable following the initial ten (10) days of membership.
