Doctoral Student Individual Membership

Eligibility

Doctoral Students not affiliated with an AUPHA Doctoral Program member and who have an interest in Health Administration Education and AUPHA member benefits are welcome to join as Doctoral Student Individual members.

The Doctoral Student Individual membership is a three-year, non-renewable membership, offered at the same dues rate as the regular one-year Individual membership. At the end of the three-year term, Doctoral Student Individual members will receive an invoice for a regular, one-year AUPHA membership. If at any time Doctoral Student members become faculty members of an AUPHA member program, they will be eligible to receive membership benefits through the program membership, at no cost to the individual.

Doctoral Student Individual Member Application

To join, download and complete the application above. Email the completed application to csanyer@aupha.org.  Once your student status is verified, you will receive an invoice via email. Upon payment, you will have access to AUPHA Doctoral Student individual member benefits for three years.

Membership Dues

Dues

Membership is active for 36 months after receipt of the dues payment. Dues may be paid by check or credit card (Amex, Visa, MC). Dues are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy: Individual memberships may be cancelled within ten (10) days of join date for a 10% penalty. Individual memberships are non-refundable following the initial ten (10) days of membership.
