The Health Administration, Management and Policy Centralized Application Service (HAMPCAS) 2026-2027 cycle will open on August 21, 2026. The 2025-2026 cycle ended in mid-August and resulted in a total of 1,015 submitted applications from 538 applicants.
Efforts to increase HAMPCAS participation have brought in nine new programs over the last year and a significant increase in applications from the previous cycles. Over the last three cycles, the total number of unique applicants has increased by 48.6% and submitted applications have increased by 68.9%.
For programs interested in joining HAMPCAS, a free service for AUPHA Graduate Program Members, AUPHA hosted a webinar in partnership with the company overseeing the centralized application system, Liaison International. The session provided an overview of the HAMPCAS application along with details on integration into current higher education systems.
