The AUPHA Doctoral Student Essay Competition will open for submissions on Monday, September 21, 2026. This annual competition invites doctoral students to share their insights and research on pressing issues in education and practice within health services, healthcare management, leadership, and policy.
The top three submissions will receive:
- Formal recognition at the AUPHA Annual Meeting (complimentary registration and assistance with travel and lodging provided)
- The opportunity to present their work at the AUPHA Annual Meeting
- A monetary award
- Valuable networking opportunities with academic and industry leaders
Doctoral program directors and faculty are encouraged to share this opportunity with students and support them in submitting their work.
