On Friday, May 29, 12:00-2:00PM Eastern time, AUPHA will host Katherine Meese, Chief Executive Officer, HuMargin Group, and Dan Collard, Co-Founder, Healthcare Plus Solutions Group, as they present an interactive session for educators preparing the next generation of healthcare leaders.

Participants will explore how to equip graduates with the ability to navigate a multigenerational workforce, and capabilities needed to navigate in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

Participants will leave the session being able to:
  • Identify new models explaining generational change and what it means for the healthcare workforce;
  • Recognize how generational bias and media narratives influence leadership assumptions;
  • Understand stereotype threat and its impact on learning and performance; and
  • Prepare students to balance changing beliefs about work with traditional professional expectations.
As part of the registration fee, participants will receive a copy of the book, Genfluence: How to Lead a Multigenerational Workforce.

This session also confers 1 CEU each for renewal for the Art of Teaching Institute and Leadership Academy Certificates.

Individuals who are already registered for the Annual Meeting will receive discounted registration for this session.
