Foundations of Critical Thinking and Decision-Making in Healthcare Leadership introduces participants to the core competencies that support thoughtful analysis and impactful judgment across a variety of healthcare roles. Attendees will explore practical approaches to interpreting information, communicating effectively, applying ethical reasoning and understanding how decisions influence broader systems and processes.
