Student Discounts to the 2013 Mayo Center for Innovation Transform conference are now available!  Follow the below instructions to register at the student rate. 

1. Visit the Transform 2013 website
2. Click on the orange Register for Transform 2013 button in the upper right corner
3. In Step 1 (Select your Registration Type), click in box to the right of the Other field and enter Student. Select the Click to Submit Code button (This code will allow you to attend the Symposium at the rate of $300).
4. Finish completing your Registrant Information and click Submit.
5. Within 3 business days of registration, you and will receive a confirmation email from Matrix Meetings. Be sure to keep this email for future reference.
