AAMA 2013 Student Paper Award Program

AAMA 2013 STUDENT PAPER AWARD PROGRAM

AAMA will present two Student Research Paper of the Year Awards to healthcare administration students who display excellence and originality in healthcare administration research and writing.  One award will go to a sole author, and the second award will go to a team of authors.  

Eligibility Details:
  • The authors must be full or part-time 2012-2013 academic year students enrolled in either an undergraduate or masters-level health services administration or management program while writing this paper.

  • The term or research paper must be part of the student's coursework.

  • The paper must have been completed and graded by his/her professor between January 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013.

  • The program director must verify that the author was a student at the time the paper was written, and that the paper was completed as part of the student's coursework.

  • The author must complete a submission form.
The winning student authors will be announced in late August 2013, and will receive complimentary AAMA membership and registration to the next AAMA Annual Conference (date to be announced). Recognition will be given at the AAMA Annual Conference, in AAMA's signature publication AAMA Executive Online, and highlighted on the AAMA website. Papers submitted for this award, including the winning paper, may be published in AAMA Executive Online at any time during the year.  

STUDENTS:  Submit your research papers by June 30, 2013.

PROFESSORS:  Please distribute to your students and post in your department!
