Mailing List Rental: Please note that a 5% administrative fee will be assessed when an organization who places an order for mailing list rental or mailing labels requests administrative changes to the order, or the method of payment for the order, after an order has already been placed. In cases where this is necessary, please contact AUPHA directly to make any changes.
The mailing piece must be of professional interest to AUPHA members and subscribers. A sample of the mailing piece and AUPHA Mailing List Agreement must accompany each order. Under no circumstances may a mailing piece make reference to AUPHA or AUPHA members. An electronic version is acceptable if the printed piece is not available. AUPHA must be included in the mailing. Please note that AUPHA does not accept purchase orders and does not invoice for mailing list rental. In order to expedite your order accurately, we ask that you use the ONLINE ORDER FORM or download the printable order form. For any order submitted by fax, a signed copy of the AUPHA Mailing List Rental Agreement must accompany the order form. For orders submitted online, your agreement to all terms of the Mailing List Rental Agreement is documented upon submission. Your order will be shipped or emailed within 5-7 business days and must be used within 60 days of purchase.
AUPHA reserves the right to refuse any order.
Rental database figures are subject to change. Rates are also subject to change. Shipping charges will be applied. *Member discounts on mailing list rentals only apply to institutions with Full, Associate Candidate, or Associate program membership. |
