With over 9,500 pages on the AUPHA website and the Career Headquarters, Positions in Academe and AUPHA Directory pages consistently falling within the top 10 pages each month, the AUPHA website is a great place to advertise your faculty position, program, service, publication or other product to healthcare management faculty, students and other healthcare management stakeholders.

If you prefer a direct, e-newsletter approach, then the AUPHA Exchange is sent directly via email to over 3,750 individuals and may be the advertising option for you.  Select this or a combination to best suit your needs.

Advertising Options

Ads must be limited to one position. Multiple ads will receive a 10% discount. *Member discounts on advertisements only apply to institutions with Full, Associate or Affiliate Memberships, or to Platinum Level Sponsors. 

To place an ad in any of the above media, please complete the Online Advertising Order Form, or submit your request via fax using the Printable Advertising Placement Form or Printable Banner Ad Placement Form, then e-mail the text of the ad to Stephanie Williams. Ads may also be faxed. There is a $45 surcharge for ads that are not submitted electronically.  Please note that a 5% administrative fee will be assessed when an organization who places an advertisement (advertiser) requests administrative changes to the ad, or the payment of the ad, after an advertisement is already submitted and paid for.  In cases where this is necessary, please contact AUPHA directly to make any changes.  Ads are non-refundable once posted to the Career Headquarter.  All Order Forms must include credit card number. Ads are posted in the order received and are posted within 5-7 business days of receipt of payment.  Ads will remain on the Website for 2 months.   

Mailing List Rental:

Labels are printed in zip code order and are not returnable. Avery 5162 pressure-sensitive labels are available.  A $5.00 shipping and handling fee is applied to all requests.  Each purchased list must be used within 60 days of purchase, for only the pre-approved mailing. Each purchased list is for one-time use only.  They may not be reproduced in any form or resold to another user. List Mailing Requirements:

The mailing piece must be of professional interest to AUPHA members and subscribers. A sample of the mailing piece must accompany each order. Under no circumstances may a mailing piece make reference to AUPHA or AUPHA members. An electronic version is acceptable if the printed piece is not available. AUPHA must be included in the mailing.

Please note that AUPHA does not accept purchase orders and does not invoice for mailing list rental. In order to expedite your order accurately, we ask that you use the Online Mailing List Rental Form or download the printable order form. Your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days and must be used within 90 days or purchase.

AUPHA reserves the right to refuse any order.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery from the time the order and payment are received. Your request must include completed Mailing List Agreement, payment and sample mailing piece(s).
