Subscriptions: U.S., $100; individual international, $130. To subscribe go to the AUPHA Online Store.
Individual current or back issues: $25.00 for AUPHA members, $30.00 for nonmembers. Note: Individual book purchases are non-refundable. Refunds for bulk purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting the AUPHA offices at (703) 984-0940 (shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non refundable).

All requests to reprint or photocopy material from the Journal of Health Administration Education must be in writing and submitted to AUPHA Copyright Permissions, 2000 14th Street North, Suite 780, Arlington, VA 22201, or faxed to (703) 894-0941.
The request must include the requestor's name, organization, address, phone, fax number; article title; volume; issue of Journal article; author's name; page numbers; purpose for reprinting; and number of copies. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Reprint fees are based upon usage (classroom vs. nonclassroom use), number of pages, and number of copies.
