New Case Study Released

We are pleased to announce the release of our third peer-reviewed case study, Kaleidoscope Treatment Center: A Study in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. The case was submitted by Ethel Elkins, DHSc of the University of Southern Indiana. It is available for use by AUPHA members only.

The peer-review process was developed several years ago by a member task force to facilitate the development of curricular resources available for AUPHA members via the AUPHA Network.  Only cases that are peer reviewed may be uploaded to the AUPHA Peer-Reviewed Resources library.

Interested in learning how you can publish a case? Review the AUPHA Peer-Reviewed Resource Submission Guidelines for more information. Contact Kristi Donovan for questions regarding the process.

Volunteer to Lead an AUPHA Faculty Forum

Many opportunities are now available to volunteer with AUPHA via our Faculty Forums.  Faculty Forums are specialized interest groups formed of AUPHA members who are sharing ideas and resources to advance their respective interests.  Any AUPHA member can join and participate in one or all of our 14 Faculty Forums.

Forum leaders are charged with keeping the group active throughout the year using electronic discussions and by sharing resources - and encouraging others to do the same.  Forum leaders are also responsible for organizing and leading Faculty Forum sessions at the AUPHA Annual Meeting.

Learn more about the role of Faculty Forum leaders via our Stakeholder Roles and Responsibilities document. Interested in helping out? Submit your self-nomination by April 22.

Did You Know? Blogging on the AUPHA Network

Blogging is a terrific way to discuss complex ideas and interact with other AUPHA members.  They are accessible to the public (unless you alter your security settings) and indexed by the major search engines.  Plus, they can earn you engagement points on the Network, and even a fancy digital ribbon!  Interested? Here's how

1. Login to the AUPHA Network
2. Select Participate from the main menu.
3. Choose Post to Your Blog

Need inspiration? Take a look at this series of posts from John Griffith at University of Michigan.

You can Browse Blogs anytime. And if you'd like to see new blogs, consider setting up a consolidated message digest to get them delivered to your inbox (here's how) or set up an RSS feed from your account settings (click on RSS Feeds under the My Account tab of your profile).  Questions? Contact Kristi Donovan.
